Garden

Crofton Garden cannot be defined as a particular style of garden.  Just as people cannot really be described in one word, a garden can’t either, especially when that garden reflects the personalities of the people involved creating it.  Our garden has our own distinct ‘voice’, directly reflecting our individuality and style.  An on again- off again romance for over 20 years, full of love, (nearly) hate and the occasional lukewarm feelings, our garden is full of wildness, with formal areas doing their best to keep it reigned in, sculptures and birdbaths popping up through the foliage and a constant battle to keep it all under some control and watered. 

Crofton Garden isn’t perfect.  It was never meant to be.  It is a garden made by people who love gardening and plants and sculptures and all those elements and experiments that go with gardening.  All we hope for is that you can appreciate it and maybe find some inspiration within it.
